Aruba-sur-Mer has spectacular oceanview and a great beach location, it is a
5 minutes' walk to the beach at the Fishermans Huts. Lots of watersports

10 minutes' walk to the Marriott Hotel, all along the white, sandy beaches!
Swimming and snorkeling across the street, we keep snorkeling gear at the
house for your use.
The Villa was completely renovated a year ago with all new furniture and
appliances, new European Kitchen and bathrooms, doors, windows, etc. From
the front porch you can see magnificent sunsets and from the pool and pool deck in the
backyard you can watch the sunrise! The villa is surrounded by lovely,
tropical gardens.
Additionally we have now committed to the Green Energy movement and have installed a late-generation wind turbine to complement our electrical consumption needs. We pride ourselves in being the first to do so within the local community and foresee many more Green initiatives in the foreseeable future

The house was recently completely refurnished and redecorated. Besides being

swimming in the private pool surrounded by tall palm trees in back of the house.
One of Aruba’s famous white beaches is a few minutes away from the villa and the
ocean is ideal for both swimming and snorkeling. It’s only half a mile down the
road to (para)sailing, diving, wind- or kite-surfing and waterskiing.
Supermarkets, restaurants, casinos and shopping malls are just 2 miles down the
